Health meets gender

How can gender-sensitive communication succeed in an indication that affects both men and women, but which in some cases manifests itself very differently in them? Karen Gallist from Schmittgall HEALTH has thought about this. She is convinced that we need gender healthcare communication.

The topic of gender is now omnipresent in our daily language and it is hard to imagine life without it. What has long been standard practice in the FMCG segment, namely the target-group-specific alignment of products and communication, is now also finding its way more and more into the healthcare sector. Gender health is not just an issue of the times, but also makes sense or is even essential for survival.
