The creative twist: Some of the letters look like holes - in keeping with the Leaky Gut phenomenon "holes in the gut." The creative team took this idea to the extreme: for a special poster, they punched out the holes completely. In this way, the phenomenon of holes in the intestine was made visible through the media idea of holes in the poster.
